Show more "Following recent renovation the nursing unit provides comfortable, homely care for 24 people. There is a high ratio of trained staff, many of whom have worked here for several years, and there is a wide ranging programme of activities.
A delightful wheelchair friendly garden was built in 2000 which provides ramped access to a wide area including water features, raised beds and a variety of 'rooms' in the garden - with extensive seating provided. The residents of the nursing unit are encouraged to join in with the additional activities available for their neighbours in the adjoining warden care units - many of which are based in the newly extended residents lounge which overlooks the garden. QACH is a charity established in 1906." Show less
