Show more "Our policy of care is that each patient entering the Home should look upon it as 'their home'. Individual assessment of needs leads to individual plans of care, thus enabling patients to eventually return to their own homes with improved health or settle happily into the ambience of the Home.At all times patients privacy, dignity and wishes will be of prime importance and where possible their input and assistance will be sought when planning their daily care.
The Home is not run as a hospital so there are no rigid rules or regulations, however, safety for both patients and staff are of prime importance so some rules do exist e.g. Fire, Health and Safety etc., and trained staff are in 24 hours attendance.
Relatives and friends are welcome to suggest improvements into planned care, with the patients permission and we have no visiting restrictions." Show less
