Located in a quiet rural area of Winchester, it was founded during the 1950s to provide residential care for those who could no longer live independently at home, and has since been extended to provide two purpose-built nursing wings. It now provides total care for 46 residents. Combining warmth and community spirit with professional expertise, the home enables residents to be cared for, secure in the knowledge that their individuality will be respected however frail they may become. Brendoncare Park Road provides a home where older people can be helped to live as normally as possible and where the emphasis is on quality and enjoyment of life.
