Cedric House is an old 1800 built detched house and has been trading as a Care Home for over 20 years.Our ethos is to provide quality caree in a homely environment and maintaining their Social and Community presence whilst respecting the residents Rights. Individual Choice, Privacy, Beliefs and Values in order to enable and support them in living their lives independently in a relaxed, comfortable and dignified manner.
It is owned by Mr & Mrs Seegum, both of whom are Registered Qualified Nurses and they continuously dedicate their tuime, experience, and expertiswe in the day to day care of the residents and general running of the Home.
The Home has an experienced Registered Manager and a Team of senior and junior carers. Staff attend the Dementia awareness course. We hold the Investors in People Award and all staff have attained NVQ Level 2 or above. Six staff hold the NVQ level 3 and a further two staff have NVQ level 4.
