We believe “you are only as old as you feel”, so keeping young inside and out is important. We have regular exercise sessions to keep you active, grow vegetables in our greenhouses, so you can enjoy the fruits of your labour. We also buy most of our produce locally whenever possible, to make sure you get the best. In addition, we have beauty therapy throughout the week to help you look as good as you feel.
