Our aim is to encourage independence and individuality, whilst maintaining privacy and dignity. Individualised care is delivered within a secure, relaxed, homely and conducive environment where a residents physical and psychological care, wellbeing and comfort are of prime importance to both staff and management.We liaise closely with family and friends, encouraging open two way communication at all times so as to ensure good relationships. It is our hope that, for all our residents, Framland is their “home for life” and in order to uphold this Framland is part of the Gold Standards Framework.
