Once a private home, the original building - which dates from the early 1900's - has been supplemented by two purpose-built extensions in which the majority of the rooms are located. The home is set within its own mature grounds and residents have access to the quiet, well-maintained gardens. Registered for 39 places, Ravenhurst offers both short and long stay care.

Shops and other local facilities are in Stourport town centre, which is approximately one third of a mile away. Bus services to the town centre or to Kidderminster are accessed from a bus-stop next to the home.
