Comments about Ivybank House

My mother has been a resident at Ivy Bank House for almost 3 years, and her family is very pleased with the level of care and support which she receives. The staff are, without exception, kind, caring and very well suited to their various roles. When Mum has been a little under the weather, this is always noticed very quickly, and appropriate actions taken. We visit at various times/days of the week, and have never witnessed anything but the highest level of care for the residents. Although there are inevitably changes in staff from time to time, the caring ethos of Ivy Bank continues without a blip. Mum is very happy at Ivy Bank, and it gives us great peace of mind to know that she is in such a caring and efficiently run residence.18/07/2014Mary (relative of someone who lives/lived here)reply
