"Mill Rise is an extra-care village with 60 comfortable individual apartments for adults aged 55 or over who are able to live on their own but may have some personal support or care needs.

In addition to the privacy of their own homes, residents can enjoy superb communal facilities, a landscaped garden, as well as a range of activities catering to all interests. A dedicated hobby room also contains two computers for residents’ use, with external trainers visiting to support all aspects of well-being and community amenities such as a GP surgery, pharmacy, supermarket and bus route close by.

Accord Care and Support and Aspire Housing work in partnership to manage this scheme. Accord delivers care-related activities, while Aspire provide housing-related support with staff on site part-time but available 24 hours a day." Show less
