Manager's description

“Royal Terrace is a lively scheme located in St Leonards town centre. It’s handy for the doctors surgery, pharmacy, train station and beach. It’s on the edge of the ‘cultural quarter’ with many shops, galleries, and cafes close by.

You can apply to be housed with us by contacting your local authority (Hastings) to complete an application form for housing. Once you have done this you will be placed on a waiting list where you will either:

* Have the opportunity to use the choice based lettings scheme that operates in that area to bid (register an interest) on a property or;
* You will be placed on the local authority waiting list where you will be offered an appropriate property according to your need”

Comments about Royal Terrace

I think R/Terrace is a lovely place to live & I'm so glad to be here. It's got everything a person could need, a garden to sit in, parking spaces, nice flats, beach knits down the road, Warrior gardens round corner & town 25 minutes slow walk along sea front. Also things going on in house if you want to join in. Been here a year & now love my small flat.p26/12/2012Debbie (currently lives here)reply
