Opened in 2007, it offers not only a safe and friendly home to older people but has also given a new lease of life to Sea Mills congregation and the local community.

The refurbishment programme included the provision of 21 modern, high-quality one and two-bedroom apartments. The Scheme also includes a conservatory, communal lounge, guest room and a lift, and benefits from the support of a part-time manager.
