On-site facilities include a communal lounge, a laundry room and outside drying areas, enabling a choice for washing. The Court has substantial, well cared for gardens, providing ample opportunity for residents with green fingers or for those who just want to sit out in the sunshine. It has a small, twin bedded guest room, enabling friends and family to stay. Located just a short walk away from a Co-op supermarket and Post Office and with bus stops connecting to Rushden and Northampton, local amenities are within easy access for residents of the court.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
