There are resident management staff and a community alarm service. Facilities include lift, lounge, laundry, guest facilities and well kept garden. There is a bus stop close by for travel into the city centre and local services are also available. Residents enjoy varied social activities and there is a pleasant garden for enjoying the summer sun and barbecues. This court is better suited to the more independent resident but a dial-a-ride service is available.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
