It has 33 one bedroom flats and was fully renovated in 2002. Local services are close by and an excellent bus service runs form just outside for the short ride into Huntingdon town centre. There are resident management staff and a community alarm service. Facilities include lift, lounge, laundry, guest facilities and gardens. Residents enjoy an active social life and a mobile library calls regularly.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
