Onsite facilities include communal lounge with kitchen, utility room, internal refuse room, lift and guest suite. The scheme is 10 minutes walk from the town centre, however there is a regular bus service every hour from outside the main door. Local amenities include Day Centre, library, restaurant and fitness centre.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
