Show more "Situated in a peaceful location just on the outskirts of Thetford town centre in Norfolk, Lord Walsingham Court consists of 32 flats - 12 one bedroom and 20 studio flats. The court has a large communal lounge, laundry room, communal shower room and a twin bedded guest room. The court is within walking distance of the town centre where you will find several amenities including a Post Office, newsagents and a number of high street supermarkets. The local train and bus station are also nearby, within 15 minutes walking distance. There is a mobile library that attends each month and a weekly bus for shopping at the two local supermarkets, every Thursday morning.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
