Show more "Edwin Vincent Court, situated in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, consists of 21 flats On-site facilities include a fully furnished communal lounge with a small kitchen equipped with a cooker, fridge and freezer. There is also a fully equipped laundry room and a small guest room for friends and family of residents. There is a small parking area, as well a pleasant garden and patio area. The court is located approximately ten minutes away from Great Yarmouth Town Centre and five minutes walk to the sea front.  The nearest shops are just around the corner in St Peters Road where there is a Post Office, newsagents and hairdressers.  We are in easy reach of a good bus service that connects to Norwich, Lowestoft and Gorleston.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
