There is a communal lounge, laundry, a double guest room with en-suite facilities and a private parking area. Very pleasant gardens surround the court with pathways and a patio area outside the communal lounge. Local amenities can be found within walking
distance at the nearby town centre, including shops, a sports centre, swimming pool and a library. Downham Market has a very good bus service to the surrounding towns and villages and the railway station
is on the main line to London and Kings Lynn. The local butcher and greengrocer makes deliveries to the court and there is also the services of visiting hairdressers, beauticians and an on-site mobile
library. The local chemist provides a prescription collection and delivery service.
