Show more "Pardoe Court, situated near Burscough in Lancashire, is a great positive lifestyle choice for people aged 55 years plus, who would enjoy watching wildlife daily in the court's peaceful pond-garden, occasionally at the nearby Martin Mere Wetlands Centre, or otherwise indulging in a spot of fishing around Burscough. There are local shops and amenities situated in the village which is about a 5/10 minute walk away. There are also good transport links further afield, with two local rail stations giving access to Southport, Manchester, Preston and Ormskirk (for the Southport/Manchester line a bus service stops outside, connecting to the Burscough Bridge rail station, Burscough village and also to Ormskirk town). Pardoe Court itself consists of 36 mixed one and two person flats. There is a large communal lounge, a well equipped laundry, passenger lift, library and a twin bedded guest room with an en-suite bathroom. Pardoe also has hairdressers for all to use.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
