Show more "Fenney Court is a homely court of 48 properties, a mixture of studio and one bed apartments. It is set in maintained landscaped gardens with woods and a stream running through; giving the impression of living in a semi-rural setting. The court is ideally situated with nearby services including a library, bus service, swimming pool and retail shops; all within a few minutes walk. There is a communal lounge with drink facilities where the residents meet for games, theme evenings and coffee. On-site facilities include a court manager, communal lounge, laundry block and a car park. The residents enjoy a great community spirit and a Residents' Social Committee organises events and trips out throughout the year.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
