Show more "Harvey Longworth Court, situated between Burnley and Rawtenstall in the Rossendale valley, is in a semi rural location with stunning views of the valley. The court consists of 22 double and 16 single flats, all equipped with economy 7 heating, and fitted kitchens with electric oven and hob. In the village there is a post office, butchers, bakers, newsagents, dress agencies, chemists, restaurants and pubs.  In Rawtenstall there are two large supermarkets and a good selection of shops and banks. The court is only 20 miles from Manchester and there is a good bus route from the bottom of the road. There is a laundry room, a guest room available for visitors and a warm and friendly communal lounge.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
