Show more "Situated at the end of a private road to the north of the historic city of Lancaster, John Kay Court consists of 34 self contained, one bedroom flats. Each flat is fitted with a bathroom, lounge and kitchen and flats on the bottom floor have patio access to the gardens. On-site facilities at the court include a communal lounge, laundry facilities, guest room and a full-size snooker table. Local transport operates from just outside the court to Lancaster. Within a short walk there are buses to Morecambe where all necessary local amenities can be reached as well as beautiful views across the bay to the Lake District hills.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
