The building is a secure build with intercom access available 24 hours a day. The flats consist of an ample sized lounge and bedroom as well as a walk in shower. The kitchen is a nice size and is complete with a fitted hob and oven.

Bowman Court is situated in an ideal location which is not far from the town centre which has a wide range of shops and a daily market. We also have a cathedral quarter where you can find several eating establishments as well as cocktail bars and a Premier Inn. The towns train and bus station are only a 10 minute walk from Bowman Court and offer good links to surrounding areas.

Our Court Manager service is an important and integral part of Housing 21's approach to supporting our residents. The service we provide is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
