On-site facilities at the court include a large communal lounge with a kitchen, laundry room, guest room, hair salon and a resident court manager. The court is situated just off the main road between Ashton and Oldham and there is a bus stop 5 minutes from the court. There are many amenities within a 10 minutes walk including a local supermarket, post office, chemist and a GP surgery.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
