Show more "Manager's description “Goodman Court is set in a pleasant rural village and consists of 40 one bedroom and studio flats, and 1 two bedroom flat some of which are mobility and wheelchair standard. There are resident management staff and a community alarm service. Facilities include lift, lounge, laundry, guest facilities, conservatory and garden with seating area. The kitchens and bathrooms have recently been refitted. There are local services close by and a bus service for the short trip into the town centre at Chesterfield. The court has a friendly atmosphere and residents enjoy regular social activities. Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home. Both cats & dogs generally accepted (subject to Housing & Care 21's pets policy).
