"Curtis Court is a welcoming scheme which enjoys a convenient location in a peaceful and attractive area of Burton on Trent, surrounded by mature trees and shrubs.

Burton on Trent has a good selection of high street stores, independent shops, pubs, cafés, restaurants and social clubs. Burton Albion football ground is just a few minutes away and the National Memorial Arboretum in Alrewas is 20 minutes away by car.

Buses run every 10 minutes from a stop just outside the court and will take you into Burton, the surrounding villages or to nearby Derby, Nottingham or Lichfield. Residents also use a local taxi company which offers discounted rates for older people. The train station is within walking distance and provides connections to the wider region.

Curtis Court has a range of onsite facilities including a spacious communal lounge, sitting areas, kitchen, laundry, guest room, lifts and a Car park.

The court has attractive and well-maintained gardens and residents are welcome to join in with taking care of the gardens if they choose. There is a pleasant patio area where residents can read, get together or feed the birds.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
