The court is situated very close to Ashby Town Centre and all local amenities, but also has the advantage of having attractive views of open countryside and local wildlife. It has a pleasant communal lounge, laundry room and guest room. There is a 24 hour emergency call system and door entry system for your security.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it.
