We also offer on-site support from trained care staff should you require any additional help.The property is situated close to Whitehaven and has excellent transport links to the Kells area and the town centre. The local shops are within walking distance and include supermarkets, a library and a fish and chip shop. There are doctors' surgeries located in Whitehaven Town Centre on the nearby bus route. Other local amenities include the Kells Legion Social Club, Kells Rugby League Club and the Haig Mining Museum.
We understand that sometimes you like to be alone and at other times you may want to be more sociable. Our properties give you that freedom. At Monkwray Court we run social activities including film nights, coffee afternoons, day trips, social nights and bingo nights.
