Update your free listing on this website

A core feature of this site is its comprehensive directory of all types of retirement housing. With your help we can display very detailed information about your retirement schemes and developments, and make available photos, brochures, reviews and videos. Where applicable we can provide a link to inspection reports.

The HousingCare directory provides a completely free showcase for your housing schemes, and updating us is easy. Here's how:

Add a new scheme

Updating scheme details

  • Minor updates, corrections or additions - just email us the details.
  • Full update of just a few schemes - browse our list of housing providers and click your name to bring up a list of your housing schemes. Click to View details of a scheme and look down the screen for the Update info link.  
  • More major updating - phone or email us, and we will post or email you a batch of questionnaires, overprinted with the information we have.

Advertise housing vacancies

  • Single advert - try our new system! Click here to locate your schemes and post vacancies online. Ads will appear on the website within 48 hours and remain there for 6 weeks for rentals and 3 months for leaseholds. You can find your schemes by entering your organisation's name in the 'Manager' yellow filter.
  • Bulk adverts - email us a spreadsheet, or 'phone us on 020 7820 7867 to make arrangements to provide regular details of your current rental vacancies, new and re-sales
