Each bungalow has two bedrooms (a double and a single) a sitting room, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted but we find that residents prefer to bring their own furniture for the other rooms.
There is also a chapel and common room.
We do not charge rent but require a monthly maintenance charge. This is very reasonable and well below the rents charged by local housing associations.
