Manager's notes:Bellmaine Avenue has two sites - Bellmaine Avenue with 60 flats and Dessons Court with 16 flats. There are many activities on offer which take place in the Tom Wood Community Hall and Bellmaine Avenue site.

We have a hairdresser who visits twice a week, a sweet man who visits once a month, an apple and pear man who visits once a week and a monthly mobile library service. Representatives from mobility companies also visit three to four times a year.

The bus stop is a 10-15 minute walk away, as are the local shops, where there is a supermarket, library, chemist, banks, and a post office. However, this is an uphill walk, which may be difficult for some residents. Corringham swimming pool is right across the road.
