It also is situated in well maintained landscaped gardens and there are many sitting areas for residents to use. The scheme consists of 38 flats, some ideally suited to the single person and others a little larger for couples. There are also a small number of flats suitable for disabled clients. All flats are suitable for anyone over the age of 60 years with a warden living on site and cover by mobile wardens when the resident warden is off duty.
