There are local shops, including a post office, and a bus route within a 5-minute walk of the scheme. A door entry system gives security to the building and a guest room is available for residents to book. In addition to Warren Court, there are 50 flats and bungalows built in the near vicinity, which form an annexe to the scheme. There is no lift access to the annexe flats above ground floor.
