Manager's notes:Some of the residents use motor electric scooters which helps them get around the town. Many rely on helpers for this purpose. The use of wheelchairs would not be easy inside the flats and bungalows. Wheelchairs are used outside the flats for some residents to get around, but strorage is difficult. Railway station is only a few yards away, easy access for London, Medway and costal towns. The channel tunnel being 45 minutes drive away.
