Manager's notes:Abbeyfield (Seaton) is within walking distance of the shops and half a mile from the beach. We provide very sheltered accommodation for eight residents in single rooms. All have access to a shower, washbasin and toilet, and some are en suite.

There is a good bus service which residents can use to access facilities. Most residents find getting to the site easy however it is not suitable for wheelchair users. The house is situated in a quiet area.
