Manager's notes:We will agree a Housing Support Plan with each tenant. This document sets out what housing support Cairn HA is able to provide. Support will be provided primarily in the tenants' own home or as agreed with our staff.
To ensure that the support we offer continues to meet a tenants needs we review the Housing Support Plan with the tenant within 3 months of moving into the Court and then every 6 to 12 months thereafter.
Our staff are not able to carry out nursing or personal care but will endeavour to ensure tenants are put in contact with agenecies that can supply these services if required.
Staff are on duty 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break taken between noon and 2.00pm. When staff are not on duty and emergency response system is available which can be used to summon help if required.
