Manager's notes:	Lygon Amshouses is a registered charity which was established in 1833. Lygon House has 40 one bedroom flats, over two floors with lift service, standing back from the main road, and around a pleasant communal garden. Three of the flats are designed for wheelchair users. Sixteen of the bathrooms have level entry showers, and one has a full wet room shower. There is a large communal lounge, a sports area (with snooker table) and a laundrette, as well as two guest rooms and a communal garden. To be eligible for re-housing at Lygon House applicants must have lived in Fulham for at least the past three years and be in financial hardship.
