It is a private and confidential service that can help an elderly person to resolve a problem or issue with another service with the assistance of a third party, the broker. Elderly people may lack the confidence to challenge apparently unfair decisions, and the business of a broker is to act as an intermediary between the individual person and the service needed. The buyer, or older person, will be assisted by mediation or brokerage to resolve their dispute with the seller. Older people may find this type of assistance very helpful.
