What does it do?

We provide support to help you live as independently as possible and have a good quality of life.  Support Services include:

•    START - a service to help you maintain or recover independence in your own home
•    Day centres and support to access day activities of your choice via direct payments 
•    Hot Meals
•    Home Care
•    Occupational therapy, wheelchairs and home equipment  
•    Personal alarm systems and other equipment to keep you safe at home 
•    Help with housing - such as sheltered housing
•    Residential and nursing care
•    Information and advice

Who it is for?

This service is for older people, working age adults with a physical disability or learning disability.
