We offer:

•    Free ADVICE AND INFORMATION about local organisations providing advice, care and support services, equipment and and a wide range of social and recreational activities
•    Up to six weeks of intensive therapies and support with our REABLEMENT SERVICE to help you regain your independence following an illness or injury - this service is provided free to any Reading adult who could benefit, regardless of financial circumstances
•    ONGOING CARE AND SUPPORT to Reading adults who rely on other people to help them with personal care, day-to-day tasks and/or stay in contact with friends and family and who meet our eligibility criteria
