We provide personal alarms and Telecare equipment and provide 24/7 monitoring so that help, IF required can be easily summoned with a simple press of button.

we also provide additional Telecare equipment such as fall sensors, heat, smoke and Co detectors and much more.

Who it is for?

The service is for anybody who may feel vulnerable and/or wants added peace of mind and to feel safe and protected in their environment.

Where it is available?

Regional service (Durham, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear).

What it costs:

There's an initial payment of £62.26 Inc. VAT

Then the monthly cost for the service of £20.71 Inc. VAT.

If you are exempt from paying VAT then 20% will be deducted from the prices given above.

If you wish to pay annually then we will waiver the initial fee of £62.26.
