If we ultimately assist you with the adaptation there will usually be a fee, which will be agreed in writing before we proceed. In situations where a customer qualifies for a grant, this fee can often be incorporated in the grant payment. | How to access or apply for it: Contact our office, as above. | What to expect then: You will be contacted by one of our caseworkers who will visit you in your home to discuss your needs and talk you through your options for funding the works.
