What it costs:

Our advisory service is free. If we ultimately assist you with the adaptation there will usually be a fee, which will be agreed in writing before we proceed. In situations where a customer qualifies for a grant, this fee can often be incorporated in the grant payment.

How to access or apply for it:

What to expect then:

You will be contacted by one of our caseworkers who will visit you in your home to discuss your needs and talk you through your options for funding the works. If you decide to proceed we will arrange for drawings and schedules of work and obtain quotes from our preferred contractors and inspect the works on site.
