What does it do?This is a a basic foot care scheme for older people in South Worcestershire

Who it is for:

The scheme is for older people (generally 50+) in South Worcestershire who currently have no foot care provision and can't cut their own toe nails.

Where it is available:

Local service covering: Malvern Hills, Redditch, Worcester (Worcestershire).

What it costs:

£5 per session

How to access or apply for it:

The service is only available by referral by a Healthcare professional and the forms must be completed and returned to Age Concern Herefordshire & Worcestershire for the client / patient to be accepted on the scheme.
Once a patient is accepted onto the scheme appointments will be arranged by the Age Concern Herefordshire & Worcestershire office.
Appointments will be automatically allocated at regular intervals after the initial appointment (usually every 8 weeks).

Please note that referrals are still being taken but a waiting list is operation for the following clinics: Moor Street, Henwick Halt and Storer Court as they are now full
