  •    Domestic tasks -  To support you with the activities of everyday life including:
       - Assistance around the home such as laundry, meal preparation and cooking, washing up etc
       - Pet care assistance – looking after your pet     
       - Help with washing, bathing and dressing
       - Continence management                            
       - Changing of catheter bags

What to expect then:

On receiving a request for a care package, a care manager will contact the potential service user or their representative to arrange an appointment to meet at a mutually suitable time. The representative of the service user’s choice will be encourage to attend the initial meeting. The initial meeting will be geared to actively engage the service user and their representative in the construction of the care plan.The care plan will be the centre of all care provided and will contain all relevant information necessary to provide an excellent standard of care.
