Live-in care - an affordable alternative to residential care.

What does it do?

  • Dressing, undressing, washing and bathing
  • Care of teeth and hair
  • Assisting with mobility
  • Assisting with feeding
  • Skin and pressure area care
  • Bladder and bowel incontinence
  • Giving or prompting with medication
  • Some carers are willing to drive the clients cars but this is not a guaranteed service



Who it is for?

Adults over the age of 18, with physical or learning disabilities, dementia, end of life.

The affordable alternative to residential care.  It allows the client to remain in their own home with one to one support from our carers.

We can also provide respite care if a break is required from caring for a loved one.  If the client has had a stay in hospital and wants to come home but lives alone and has no support in the community, we can enable the client to become independent again.

What to expect then:

We will send you a registration form to complete, our local area advisor will then visit you and take details of your requirements and assess your needs.  We will then provide you with a written quote and if you wish to use our service a carer will be provisioanlly booked for you.  Your booking manager will contact you with the care assistants details and if they meet you approval will be booked for the number of weeks agreed with you.  The care assistant will then be sent your details and the booking confirmed.

Should you require a quick start e.g. you want to be discharged from hospital, we have a faster service to speed up the process.
