What does it do?

Disabled facilities grant

This grant is available to provide adaptations and access to essential facilities for disabled persons in their home. The grant is means tested and is limited to a maximum of £30,000.

The adaptations must be necessary and appropriate as recommended by the welfare authority (usually by a community occupational therapist) and assessed as reasonable and practicable by us. This service is currently experiencing high demand and there may be a delay before your application is processed.

Flexible home improvement loan

This loan is available for the over 60s and can be used to improve the warmth, comfort, safety and security of your home.

Disabled people in Wycombe (Disabled facilities grant) and older people (Flexible home improvement loan)
