Contact Care Lifeline alarm for the vulnerable or at risk

What does it do?

The Contact Care Lifeline provides an emergency response service 24 hrs a day to anyone who feels vulnerable or at risk, whatever their age or circumstance.

Who it is for?

An older person or persons, someone living alone, a lone parent, a younger person with disabilities,  those with health problems, a carer or someone recently bereaved.  No matter the age or circumstance, we can supply reassurance at the touch of a button.

Where it is available?

Regional service (Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk).

What it costs:

The weekly cost of our Lifeline is £3.40 per week, with a one off installation charge of £30.00.
It can be paid monthly by direct debit, or invoiced quarterly, half yearly or annually.

South Norfolk residents can receive free installation (a £30 saving) thanks to our partnership with South Norfolk District Council. Please quote 'SAFF15' when enquiring about this offer.

What to expect then:

We will contact all applicants within 2 working days.  An appointment will then be arranged to visit their home in order to demonstrate the equipment.  If the Client is happy, the Lifeline can be installed there and then. Details are taken of emergency contacts and any other relevant information.
We can also provide a key safe at a cost of £65.00 for supply and fitting.

Additional information:

From referral to installation is usually 3 working days.
We cover Norfolk,Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgshire.
The Lifeline unit is simply plugged into a power supply and an existing telephone line.
