Lifeline

What does it do?

Lifeline is a 24 hour personal alarm service. Always there for you, day or night, Lifeline gives you the freedom and the confidence to live independently. It is managed by Three Oaks Homes, a not for profit organisation which provides homes and services to people across Blaby and surrounding areas in Leicestershire.

Lifeline personal alarms are small, lightweight alarms that connect to a homecare unit next to your phone. In the event of an emergency, the alarm (often worn as either a pendant or a wristband) once pressed, activates an emergency call to an operator via the homecare unit. Within minutes, our operators can direct a relative, friend, neighbour or even the emergency services to your home, giving you the peace of mind that someone will respond when you call for help.

Lifeline is unobtrusive, comfortable and reassuring. It is designed to help you maintain an independent lifestyle no matter what your age or disability. It’s not just used for medical emergencies, it also gives your loved ones reassurance that your personal safety is being monitored every day.
