We will provide Care Workers to carry out domestic and personal duties to people who prefer living in their own homes.

- Feeding
- Getting in and out of bed
- Dressing
- Bathing / Showering and Washing
- Going to toilet
- Checking for pressure sores
- Personal hygiene
- Medication
Domestic Duties
Assist our service users with Domestic duties:-
- Washing and Ironing
- Vacuuming and Dusting
- Making and changing beds
- General tidying up
- Food preparation
- Washing up and clearing away after meals
Social Duties
Assist our service users with Social duties:-
- Encourage independence
- Companionship
- Collecting prescriptions from Chemist / Doctors
- Assist with managing of appointments
- Assist with managing of affairs including correspondence
- Assist with transport to shops and social outings

Where it is available?
Local service (Gravesham, Maidstone, Medway, Swale, Thanet, Tonbridge & Malling, Tunbridge Wells, Ashford, Canterbury, Dartford, Dover, Sevenoaks, Shepway).
What it costs:
Hourly rate: £11.52 Monday to Friday. £13.83 per hour at weekends.
¾ hr - £10.75 Monday to Friday. £11.52 at weekends.
½ hr - £9.22 Monday to Friday. £10.00 at weekends.
Also provide 24 hr live-in care. Costs subject to dependency of service user.
BANK HOLIDAYS ARE CHARGED AT DOUBLE RATE.
We accept direct payments, Social Services may be able to help towards costs.

What to expect then:
If you would like more details, a brochure will be forwarded on to you. We also can arrange to meet you in your home to carry out a full assessment of your care needs. Once the assessment has been completed all costs are confirmed in writing.

All of our staff receives ongoing training and professional development. Carers 4 U’s services are available when you need them. Assistance is available 365 days per year from 30 minutes to 24-hour live-in care.
