Who it is for: People who are home owners or who live in rented accommodation, and who are disabled, have a learning difficulty, are older or on a low income.
Where it is available: Local service covering: Southend-on-Sea (Essex).
What it costs: Fees may be payable where Disabled Facilities, Decent Home Grants or Local Authority Loans are not available
